We hired DST/RLC after multiple bids for our backyard update. Their pricing was fair, but mostly we really appreciated how they were willing to work with some of our existing materials. Specifically, they extended our sandstone decking seamlessly to incorporate a new sitting area with gas fire pit. All other contractors wanted to use pavers and tear up perfectly good stone. Rhea was easy to talk to and keep in contact with as our project progressed. Jorge and his team were timely, courteous, and professional while on-site.
